Product Overview

Licensed access for users to the Online and mobile scheduling platform. Purchase of the Digital Expert tablet-based platform for GE experts to provide diagnostic imaging clinical training sessions remotely. Includes access to 40 training hours, delivered via the Digital Expert by GE Clinical experts. There is no limit to number of attendees. 12-month access to all Digital Expert features, begins at product delivery, installation and GE Healthcare's obligation to provide Digital Expert training expires without refund thereafter. Shipping the Digital Expert to the site, remote set up, installation and tech support is included during the 12-month duration. Digital Expert storage and maintenance of operable condition is the responsibility of the customer. Customer shall return parts provided by third-party suppliers directly to such suppliers for warranty claims.

Return And Exchange

GE Healthcare will accept, for return from customer, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damage. Items cannot be returned or exchanged beyond 30 days from customer’s receipt of the original order and all returned items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. To obtain a full refund or exchange of the item within the 30 day return period (subject to the 15% restocking fee) customer must request a return materials authorization (RMA) from GE Healthcare and return the item to GE Healthcare utilizing this RMA number. Items must be returned in the original packaging, unused and free of damage.
